Tips For Retards™ - Tip No. 19

As I was walking to work today, I noticed three separate incidents involving people running stop signs. Not the normal 'let's-blow-through-this-four-way-stop' type of idiocy, but assholes who turn right on a red light with no visible attempt at even slowing down.

It is illegal to NOT stop at a red light, regardless of whether or not you're turning right or a sign saying 'no right turn on red' is present.
